The Kimble Learning Center was opened in 2003 after purchasing the old Head Start headquarters and the completion of a total renovation. The Kimble Center cares for children 6 weeks through 10 years of age and pick up children after school from Lawndale, Sanborn, Oak Dale, Tradewinds and Humphrey's Highland Elementary schools. They are a 2 Star Designated Vendor through the Texas Rising Star Program.
