The Sybil B. Harrington Learning Center opened it's doors in 2000 and serves children from 6 weeks through 5 years of age. Margarita Tamez has been with CLC for over 20 years and the Director at Harrington for the majority of those. The Harrington Center is a 3 Start Designated Vendor through the Texas Rising Star Program.
