​The Will Rogers Learning Center was opened in 1945 and has been in continuous operation as a CLC center since that time.  They care for children from 6 weeks through 10 years of age and pick up children from Emerson, Will Rogers, Whittier and Mesa Verde Elementary schools.  Rita Martinez has been with CLC for over 30 years, all of them as the Director at Will Rogers.  Her Assistant Director, Kim Riles, has been with CLC for nearly 25 years as well.  They are a 4 Star Designated Vendor through the Texas Rising Star Program.
